Classes and Training
We focus on lifestyle specific training. Workouts are 60 min long and designed for the people who want effective and efficient workouts to rapidly reach their goals. Workouts are fun, result oriented and programmed to keep your body improving. Exercises are carefully balanced to decrease risk (injury) and increase reward (results).
Group training sessions based on functional training methods as well as the latest scientific findings that maximizes the results during training as well as after training. The exercises utilized are composed of multiple compound movements, join mobility movements, resistance training, agility and explosiveness training, strength training as well as body weight exercises and stretching.
These group classes will help you:

- Become more agile and flexible
- Increase your mobility
- Become tougher
- Develop or increase cardio-vascular health and ability
The group classes change everyday with a daily focus and each week has a theme to always target the whole body. We will always be bringing you the latest and most innovative exercises and techniques as we are in constant Uvolution.
Martial Arts Training
In the different martial arts classes you will learn all the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Capoeira as well as more advanced techniques adapted to each level all this while getting a great conditioning workout for optimal physical fitness & health.

Semi-Private or Small Group Training
Create your own group with friends or join a group. By training in a small group training setting our trainers will customize your sessions to fit your wants and needs. Small group trainings are a maximum of 4 people per session in order to guarantee the individual attention you deserve.
1 on 1 personal training is the fastest and most effective way to reach your fitness goal. Our personal trainers are highly qualified and certified to offer the latest and best training techniques for every need and goal. First you will have an evaluation followed by a consultation in order to define the needs and establish the proper goals to work towards after which you will have a detailed and tailored workout program in order to reach your goals in the most effective, safe and fast way possible.
Fitness Assessment and Personal Fitness Program
The fitness assessment determines your current fitness level and identifies your areas of need. Your trainer reviews your results with you and you receive a personalized report of your results. A variety of health and fitness categories are assessed.
