Functional strength training
This 60-minute high intensity strength training class will push your limits! This is a class for all levels and a must do in order to build muscle, loose fat and become a healthier, more athletic human being.
Olympic lifting, powerlifting, hypertrophy training, gymnastics as well as cardio finishers are on the menu for this class. We emphasize very much on teaching and employing proper technique for safety reasons and also to build skills on a solid foundation.
The goal is work on detailed techniques involved in various complexe movements in Olympic lifting and conditioning training in general to increase strength, power, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance. Every day we will provide you with a different WOD (workout of the day) for maximum stimulation.
