Yoga classes at Uvolution are intended to safely work on stretching major and minor muscle groups.
The goal is to work on flexibility and total body toning in every session. In this class you will learn everything from the basic yoga poses to the complex hand balances.
The practice will decrease the risk of strain or injury, enhance your balance and increase body control for regular physical activities or even sports specific movements.
Yoga also targets core strength and stability if practiced on a regular basis muscles become more defined and toned: Long and strong muscle groups.
The class is people of all levels as there are options for yoga practitioners to deepen their personal practice and learn new balances.
It is beginner friendly and at the same time suitable for athletes looking to safely increase flexibility and balance for optimal performance.
The first 30 minutes are generally warm ups and toning exercises. The second half of the class breaks down into major stretches for trouble areas like hips, hamstrings, chest and back with long holds and a deep relaxation as a finisher.
