This 60 minute intense strength, muscle resistance and total body conditioning circuit training with short rest periods is push your fitness level to new heights. You will spend more time on each station than a regular circuit class doing one or many exercises in a row with a goal of reps in a time allowed.
An all strength circuit burns about 30 percent more calories (about nine per minute) than a typical weight workout and offers cardio benefits. The extreme circuit class combines strength and cardio. It will blast fat, sculpt muscle and can burn up to 15 calories per minute.
The Beast is the name given to the extreme circuit class. If you have been training for a while, you may well have a higher than average level of fitness, but you may not be pushing yourself to the limits. This workout will determine how fit you really are. Until they have “Tamed The Beast”, you are still not a true athlete.
