U-Fit Bootcamp

This is a strength and conditioning class that combines cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, cardio, agility and strength training into a full body workout.

This type of workout has become very popular because it provides a one-stop shop exercise session making efficient use of limited exercise time for maximum results.

The bootcamp class is a great boredom buster: Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn’t have time to wander or tune out. It combines cardio and strength exercises and will blast fat and sculpt muscle. It can also burn up to 10 calories a minute.
